In the name of “fair justice” a headstrong young woman rescues a smooth talking con man and saves him from a lynching. She talks a sheriff and his pose into giving the young “innocent” a fair trial and then gets her father, an ace lawyer, to get him off scot-free.
Having taken up the con man’s cause against the advice of Big Bill, boss of the Lazy B, who wants to marry her, she is forced to eat crow when the smooth talker robs a bank and takes her brother hostage. Lucky for her and her brother Big Bill is big enough and smart enough to handle the situation. There’s only one type of justice in the west for a thieving kidnapper and the boss of the Lazy B dispenses it with authority.
